Retrieve a list of AFIR charge points

Deprecated. Use the DATEX II-compliant AFIR charge points endpoint in the Monta Public API instead: List AFIR-compliant charge points.

Note: the replacement lives in the Public API and is not a drop-in swap — it uses OAuth application credentials (not Partner API consumer credentials), returns data in DATEX II format, and filters by ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
